Hi there! I am Kiley. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I love to work with those struggling with anxiety, depression and self-esteem related issues. I believe that self-esteem and self-love play a critical part in how we interact, and live throughout our worlds, sometimes even more than we can see. I also specialize in perinatal mental health. I think mom-ing can be one of the hardest, most rewarding jobs. With that, often support is often lacked within the journey- which is what let me become a PMH-C! I want to help others strive towards and live in the moment with their children, family and self. Whatever your goals may be, I will meet you where you are, with a non judgmental, client centered approach. I will help you dig out what is getting in your way, and emphasize strengths that can aid you in your success!
